About me

Hi, my name is Harrison Anthony and welcome to my website. Here you will find information about my current research projects. I just recently finished my PhD at the University of Galway where I studied microsatellite instability and the tools used to detect it in sequencing data. I am now a postdoctoral researcher at the Princess Máxima Center, where I focus on better understanding the genetic causes of CAR-T relapse in pediatric cancer. In general, my research interests lie in cancer evolution, tumor heterogeneity, and biomarker detection. These themes are present throughout my current research and the chapters of my PhD thesis.

I am always open to collaboration and feedback on my research. Please use the website links to my social media or email if you would like to get into contact.
